A national day to mourn the more than 350 Cambodians who died during the Water Festival stampede is set down for Thursday 25th.Officials are going to release details of an initial inquiry later today. This is ridiculously quick. Prediction? The families of the dead will deserve much better from the investigations. Expect lots of arse-covering, nonsense, finger-pointing and buck-passing.
