Fill some small bags with water and throw a goldfish in each one. Secure all the bags together, tie the whole lot around a lampost of one of Bangkok's busiest and you are ready for business!
Trade was strong for this vendor when I was on Sukhumvit Road some months ago. I'm not sure how he makes his quick getaway when the police come calling though.
Perhaps his bribe was prepaid?
