No Money For Cambodian Education

Did you know that about half of Cambodia population of 14.4 million people are under the age of 22?

That means that there are literally millions of young Cambodians desperately seeking a decent schooling.

Yet Cambodia’s spend is just 1.6% of GDP giving it a shameful world ranking of 170th. Compare that figure to most western countries which spend around 6% of GDP and it’s difficult to see how Cambodians are going to move into higher-skilled and higher-paid jobs.
