Cambodian Morning/Afternoon Class Swaps

Our 7 to 9 year old students that come to our English Centre twice a week change class times every month.
They have been going to public school in the afternoon during February, and coming to our school in the morning.

Now that it is March, they will go to public school in the morning, and come to our school in the afternoon.
I will find out why this is done in Cambodia. It is the same at the International School I am teaching at part-time. Frustratingly though, it means each month you have to re-adjust to the students that you taught the month before. Since I have just started part-time, I have had the February students for one week, and now I have a new group of students' names to learn.
