'Red-shirted supporters of fugitive former premier Thaksin Shinawatra on Saturday postponed a mass rally scheduled for Sunday, in the face of mobilisation of thousands of security personnel by the government,' reports the Bangkok Post.
It seems that the leaders of the Red-Shirts didn't like all the security measures put in place in Bangkok in readiness for their demonstration. Therefore they have decided that the rally will now take place in a weeks time. Exactly what they hope to achieve from this decision, I have no idea.
