A jail term for an insult? A prison sentence for calling someone a traitor or, as the PM suggests time behind bars for naming someone as 'having a Khmer body with Vietnamese head?'
This, if it is implemented, should be seen for exactly what it is; yet another attempt by Samdach Akaek Moha Sena Padei Decho Hun Sen, to crush those that dare oppose him.
