Months after he was released by a King's pardon just four years into a twenty-four sentence, serial child rapist, Alexander Trofimov is finally being sought by Cambodian police with a view to expelling him from the country.

Since been freed, scumbag Trofimov has contacted at least one of his terrified victims and, despite police assurances that they would monitor him, he has now disappeared from sight. Tak Vantha, Sihanouk's police chief claims to have heard rumours that the Russian has crossed into either Vietnam or Thailand. Another rumour places him in South Korea and another that he was recently spotted in a Phnom Penh supermarket.

Either way he was freed and allowed to stay in the country. Allowed to stay despite numerous disgusting offences against Cambodian kids. Allowed to stay despite pedophile Trofimov being wanted by his Russian government for raping six nine and ten year-old girls.

So why are the police acting after all this time? Perhaps the outrage of NGO's has got too much. More likely though is that the scumbag has run out of money and he can't pay the police to sit on their hands, anymore.
