One foreigner, recently pulled over, asked the fat-bellied, vacant-eyed, officer what he had done wrong. The copper, strangely, seemed stumped for an answer.
But after a pause, he snickered, 'because it's Sunday!'
A friend is driving down a Thai highway. A police officer flags him down and says "Did you were doing 120 in a 100 km zone?" Friend pays an 'on the spot fine'.

He pays the fine again.
