Pooh Put Out to Pasture - Meet The Neighbours Street 510

Pooh Bear - of human sizing - appeared on the balcony of our neighbour's house a few days ago.

Since then, there has been severe sun, relentless rain and wild winds.

What would Pooh say?

Drop in on anyone at any time, if you feel like it. 
If they say "bother" , you can drop out again.
