Answer- a great number of school directors.
A recent survey of teachers across the land has shown that many are greatly worried by corruption in the classroom. The concerns are summed up here:
" The teachers said...some school directors use government funds for their own benefit, keep the money of vendors who rent school space, keep some teacher's salaries and overtime pay, and sell examination papers to students," said Rong Chhun, the President of the Cambodian Independent Teachers Association.

I think that Cambodia is quite a beautiful country with such nice people , they know pretty much better the meaning of love than most of you , westerners , who just talk about love everyday but who doesn't even know its real meaning and still and always behave as devils ... only one example , who come to Cambodia for having sex with our own children for few miserable $$$ , shame on you !!!
