Bucketing in Bang Na

Downpours are nothing out-of-the ordinary at this time of the year. But yesterday morning, for about four hours, the skies out-did themselves and bucketed down an incredible amount of rain over our Bang Na neighbourhood. We were largely un-scathed; while the photo above is from only a few streets away we  had just a little surface flooding and a few minor leaks in the roof.

What was odd though was that the rain stirred up the frogs and sent a number hop, hop, hopping through the house.
