Fire at Will!

Recently there has been a spate of armed-robberies of gold shops in Bangkok. The Thai police have expressed concern at the shop-owners reactions to these hold-ups; the retailers usually draw out their weapons and fire off as many rounds at the intruders as they can.

The problem, as the police see it though, is not that these business-people are shooting at the crims, it's that they are missing their targets!
