But why no legs?

Here's the daily chicken lady; she also has some tasty Thai desserts but her real pulling power lies in the fried chicken.
Chicken freshly fried in a bubbling oil-filled wok from the back of a truck...delicious!
But why are there no legs? Wings, neck and something else that I am not sure exactly what part of the chicken it is, but no legs. Never!
Maybe it is because these parts of the chicken are the cheapest to buy at the market. No matter, I would have these over KFC any day!
